Use this app to make a payment using your credit card.
You will need the following to make a payment:
Patient name and account number (from your statement)
Credit Card billing address
Credit Card account number and the security code (3 or 4 digits)
Expiration date of the card and ZIP code of cardholder
When you enter your statement and credit card information,
your entries are checked. If everything is OK, your
payment will be submitted to our credit card processor.
Charges will be posted to your credit card account in
3 to 5 business days.
